Modern Lake House
Modern Lake House
Our Modern Lakehouse is a custom lakefront residence designed by RSD as a bespoke home created for the luxury market, blending clean-lined sophistication with authentic materials in an exceptional waterfront setting.
Framed by mature trees and sparkling lake views, the home features white brick, expansive pencil-framed windows, zinc standing-seam roofing, and soft grey limestone, creating a refined architectural presence.
Geometric gardens of boxwoods, lavender, and tree-filled planters add understated elegance, while seamless indoor-outdoor living connects beautifully landscaped spaces with bright, timeless interiors.
The kitchen is defined by a subtle book-matched stone backdrop paired with a sculptural scalloped range hood, blending artistry with timeless elegance. Layers of soft grey, vibrant electric blue, warm walnut, and rose gold introduce a rich interplay of color and texture.
A substantial island with waterfall-edge countertops and a striking electric blue finish serves as the kitchen’s focal point, grounding the space with both presence and personality.
LED hoop pendants introduce a contemporary elegance, balancing modern design with sophisticated refinement.
The primary suite embodies understated luxury while making a bold design statement. A floating double vanity, finished in a rich deep blue, serves as a striking focal point, complemented by integrated mirrors and contemporary lighting. A spacious shower and freestanding tub complete this spa-inspired retreat, creating a serene and indulgent atmosphere.
‘Authenticity is the foundation of modern luxury.’
